With our digital menu system, your guests in the restaurant can call up the menu simply by scanning the QR code, select food and drinks and, if desired, order and pay online. If the guest would prefer to order from the waiter in the traditional way, this is also possible.
Table Reservation System
The guest can reserve a table online via app or directly on your website. The system searches for the next available table that matches the guest’s details such as time, date and number of persons. The reservation is completed immediately and the guest and you as the owner receive a confirmation by e-mail. If the guest has selected a person for whom there is no suitable table, the automatic reservation becomes a request and you can check whether the number of guests is possible.
To reduce the no-show rate, you can request a deposit for certain days or for all days, which is paid directly online by the guest.
Order system for pick-up service
Do you offer a pick-up and / or delivery service in your restaurant?
With our shop system for delivery and pick-up services you can also offer this on your website and smartphone app without paying horrendous sums of commission. With the large providers, 15% commission, which is deducted from your order, is not uncommon. With us you pay a monthly flat rate of 39, – € for the use of the shop system.
A restaurateur who has never offered a pick-up service before and who became aware of our ordering system for delivery service because of the Corona crisis, had his restaurant open only 2 days a week during the Corona crisis and generated a turnover of almost 8,000 € in 4 weeks. With one of the big providers, 1.200 € commission would have been due here.
How quickly can I digitize my business?
We were so far the opinion that this must be done step by step, but a gastronomer from Thuringia has taught us a better way, it also goes from 0 to 100 in less than 4 weeks. At the beginning the restaurant had no own website and was only to be found in a business directory online. We started with our shop system to offer pick-up during the Corona crisis, only a few days later we were commissioned to create an iOS and Android app in which an additional sausage shop was integrated. When the app was finished and it became apparent that the restaurant would be allowed to reopen shortly, our system for online table reservations was integrated into the app. Not enough that after that a responsive website was commissioned.
While I am writing this article about the digitalization in the gastronomy, we got the order for the digital menu. The Landgasthof Meimers has broken all records in this sector.
